RE: RADIATOR MAINTENANCE

Dear Residents,

During the heating season of 2011/2012, a number of you reported heating that you could not control: radiators that did not turn off and having to open windows to have a livable apartment or radiators that were not providing ample heat.

If you find that you are experiencing the same issue(s) as the last heating season, please notify the front desk and the building staff will make an appointment with you to have your radiator valves tested and ensure that they are working properly and not leaking.
