Master Apts shareholder Elizabeth Langer — painter, collage artist and printmaker — is exhibiting her work in three juried shows this season.

The “Mothers of Beslan” a paper lithograph has been included in “Evil: A Matter of Intent” an exhibit at the Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion Museum, One West Fourth Street, New York, NY and will be on view through June 30, 2016. “The artists included in this exhibition address with clarity and passion the many faces of inhumanity,” explained Curator Laura Kruger. An opening reception will take place on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, 5:30 – 7:30 PM.

“Selfie I” an open bite copper etching, is on exhibit at the Martha’s Vineyard Museum, 59 School Street in Edgartown, MA and will travel to the Featherstone Center for the Arts in Oak Bluffs, MA on October 24.

The New York Society of Etchers is exhibiting Langer’s “Golden Buddha” a photo etching with gold leaf in their 15th Anniversary Show, An Exhibition of Intaglio Prints, at the National Arts Club, 15 Gramercy Park South, New York. The exhibit will extend from October 26 – 31, 2015. An opening reception will take place on Thursday, October 29th from 6 – 8 PM.

During the past summer, her paintings, collages and prints were exhibited in two solo shows on Martha’s Vineyard—“Blue Tuesday” at the Chilmark Library Gallery and “Juxtapositions” at the Vineyard Playhouse Art Space.
