The building will be without hot and cold water on the following day:
- THURSDAY, July 12, from 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
The water shutoff is necessary in order to install a Backflow Prevention Valve (check valve), which The City of New York recently mandated all buildings to have.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure all faucets are TURNED OFF during the shutoff. A faucet left open can cause major flooding.
