Your Body is Your Gym, a Demonstration/Book Signing, Sat. April 21st, 10am

As part of the ongoing “Monday Night at the Master” series, Cris Caivano, an exercise/movement therapist and longtime resident of the Master Apts., will be presenting an informative and fun program on integrating exercise into one’s daily routine. 

Program: Your Body is Your Gym, How to Weave Strength Training into Your Day
